Terms of use
1. Agreement
These terms apply to the WolfInvoice app and website operated by Mladen Radić, Dobojskih Brigada 728, 74000 Doboj, Bosnia and Herzegovina ("we", "us"). By installing or using WolfInvoice you accept them.
2. The App
WolfInvoice is a tool for creating orders, invoices and PDF documents. A free version is available. Additional features (Pro) are unlocked with a license key.
3. Responsibility for documents
You are responsible for the content of the documents you create and for complying with the tax, invoicing and accounting rules that apply to you. WolfInvoice does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice, and we do not guarantee that a document meets the legal requirements of your country.
4. Your data and backups
Your data is stored on your device. You are responsible for making regular backups. Importing a backup replaces existing data in the App.
5. Pro license
A Pro license is personal to the buyer, is delivered by email as a license key, and may be used on the number of devices stated at purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; a lifetime license is a one-time payment for Pro features of the App. You may not share, resell or publish license keys.
6. Payments
Orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Paddle is the seller of record for purchases made on this website, and its terms for buyers apply to the purchase. Prices are shown in euro; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

8. Acceptable use
You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the App, or use it for unlawful purposes.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue features. We aim to keep the App working but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
10. Liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profit. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
