Privacy policy
1. Who we are
WolfInvoice (the "App" and this website) is operated by Mladen Radić, Dobojskih Brigada 728, 74000 Doboj, Bosnia and Herzegovina ("we", "us"). Contact: support@wolfinvoice.app.
2. Data in the App
WolfInvoice works offline. Your documents, partners, articles, prices and settings are stored only on your device. We do not receive, store or have access to them. If you uninstall the App or clear its data, they are deleted. Use the backup function in Settings to keep your data safe.
3. License activation
If you buy Pro, you receive a license key by email. When you enter the key, the App sends the key (and a technical device identifier needed to limit the number of activations) to our license server to confirm that it is valid. We do not collect names, documents or business data in this process.
4. Purchases
Payments are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited). Paddle collects and processes your payment details, name, email and billing country under its own privacy policy. We receive only the information needed to deliver your license (for example your email and order reference). We never see your card number.
5. Website
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP address and request logs for security and delivery. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.
6. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers needed to run the service (payment provider, email delivery, hosting), or when required by law.
7. Retention
License and order records are kept for as long as needed to provide support and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you (for example your email linked to a license) by writing to support@wolfinvoice.app.
9. Children
The App is intended for business use and is not directed at children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
